Then hop into a 1v1 aim map server to refine your aim. That's from my perspective when I get mad at someone in one of those 3rd party systems messing around. When you play a third party pug service, everyone is lumped into one server no matter what rank you are.

Not because I'm an vs matchmaking and don't want to see noobs or anything like that, but because you need a good skill foundation before you'll even see a difference.
I can't really give you much more advice as I'm not very skilled either. Submit a new link. Your username is how other community members will see you. MM is meant for people who aren't necessarily comfortable with the game because you're paired with people around your skill level.

ESEA probably isn't the best idea for you yet, just work on some stuff like your aim, spray control, smokes and flashes, and movement in general. With that said, I've seen dmg's with 0 teamwork but amazing aim; and silvers with amazing teamwork but terrible aim. It's good to play around other like minded individuals: Remember ESEA will definitely have a higher average skill level.
You will get absolutly wrecked in esea and at your skill level, it would be really hard to improve. It's because of this, that I suggest staying out of third party systems until you're comfortable with teamwork and aim.

Also CEVO is vs matchmaking for a lot of players that start to have that realization they are looking for that "next step". CEVO is free through and it is great for your level. Here are some available suggestions. My experience in ESEA is that the skill level has gone down, and it wouldn't hurt giving it a month chance. Either way, I suggest you watch pro matches and learn some gameplay tactics and deathmatch for aim.
